Our tied downs are mobile home anchors.. they are 3 feet in length.. 811 call for locating underground wiring is nessasary. It is a free service. Most sheds require atleast 4 tie downs. Our service for this is $100.00 Each Tie down.. Not nessasary in all areas. Check with your HOA and local zoning.
all sheds are posted correctly We service our customers even after the sale. We do charge for leveling blocks for $4.00 each. We block our sheds with pride so you don't have to worry. You may purchase your own blocks we understand. We take care of handles, lost keys, and releveling if we did set it. exclusions(if someone else moved the shed from its current locatation, and or changed the original setup)
